hey btw? shoutout to ppl who have a rough time with hygiene. shoutout to you if you havent showered or brushed your teeth or done any other hygiene recently. shoutout to people who can't even think of doing self care because doing basic care is too much. shoutout to people who are trying their best and their best isnt 'hygenic enough'. shoutout to people who have to prioritize things other than their hygiene because they have no other choice.
you're not gross, you're not disgusting. you're trying your hardest and that's all anyone can ever ask for. and i am proud of the effort you're making, no matter how small it seems to other people. youre doing a good job.
